Den här uppmaningen möter den som besöker KOVIK (Korumpu). Kovik
är ett gammalt fiskeläge på västra Gotland. Korumpu kommer av
sandrevets kosvansform. Vid Kovik finns rester från 1200-talet och
hamnen har flyttats ut 5 gånger till följd av landhöjningen. Mer

(Korumpu)! It is an old saying that roughly says ”At sea you
may sing and crap but never wistle or fart”. Kovik is an old
fishingvillage and the old name Korumpu means Cow’s tail,
after the shape of the sand reef. There are remnants from the
1300’s and the harbour has had to move five times due to the
landrise
