Geocache Description:

This is the first cache I am placing. It is a pleasant walk along a brook with a moderate climb up a hill to view the glen. This cache can be found while searching for Christopher's Cache (GC1M9PK).

This cache brings you to an area called Crystal Glen. It is situated in the western end of Rockwell Park. In the early 1900's this was a family picnic area with that very few locals are aware of. There are a few interesting features to see while searching. When you first start following the western side of the Cuss Gutter brook you might notice the rock (see photo) that reminds me of Donatello the Teenage Mutant Turttle. Further up the brook you might come to a dam (see photo) the was probably used as a swimming hole. After you find the cache go up the hill about 30 feet to the poorly defined trail and go to N41.40.381 W072.58.161 which is about 1000 feet away. This will bring you to the tunnels (see both photos) that were built for the brook. The first tunnel is for the railroad track and the second is for Farrell Avenue.
