I hate to see any cache go, but I am archiving this cache since there's been no response from, nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.

CACHE ARCHIVAL IS PERMANENT

Geocaches not maintained by the owner will still be archived even when a throwdown container has been left. Ownership Regarding Throwdowns

Geocache Description:

Easy P&G. Level terrain, but brush around the cache might make it hard for someone in a wheelchair.

This cache overlooks the former sight of Silver Lake. It was once a resort In the 1930's that boasted a lake, swimming pool, and bar. Unfortunatly it fell on hard times after the war and is now only remembered as a roadhouse on the edge town with a seedy reputation.
