The Dreaming Tree Traditional Cache

All too often, the chaos of modern living precludes us from enjoying the simple things and truly appreciating the abundant beauty and wonder that surrounds us. Have a seat for a moment or three at The Dreaming Tree to consider the possibilities. The name of this cache was inspired by a song of the same name by Dave Matthews Band.
Park in the large pull-off at the top of the mountain (coordinates listed below), walk down the road just a little, and be very careful when crossing the road to the start of the game lands road / trail. This cache is located in State Game Lands #73 - wearing blaze orange is required during hunting seasons, but never a bad idea. Follow the game road to the FCC towers & then continue on the small trail along the ridge ~.1 mi. in the woods on the other side. You are searching for a small clear plastic Lock & Lock container. Please be sure to close the container tightly and re-hide it well.
Don't forget to CITO. Please be safe, respectful, and enjoy the short hike. Round-trip distance is a little less than a mile; terrain consists primarily of the game road as it gently inclines up the moutain & levels out a bit. The path in the woods is a little rocky and unmarked. There are some nice views & neat things to see along the way, including another nearby cache.
My GPSr was bouncing all around when I placed the cache, but the coordinates listed at the top are the result of an 800-count average on a cool, cloudy day. I recorded an elevation of 2,179 feet at GZ and about 2,000 feet at the start of the trail. I don’t think you will have too much trouble locating the hide, but please feel free to let me know the accuracy of what is posted and/or include the coordinates that you get at the cache location and adjustments will be made, if needed.
