Geocache Description:

Another cache in Stewart State Forest

We knew a man who lived on Barron Road before it became the Buffer Zone for Stewart Airport. He told us there used to be a one room school house right here. Easy parking at the State Parking area off Route 207, or accessible from any other cache on Stewart. You are looking for a small container with a few little trinkets and log. Bring your own pencil.
Please be aware that the area is closed to nonhunters during part of the fall hunting season. One can access that information on the DEC website www.dec.ny.gov
