Geocache Description:


Cache is located on the top part of the hill here, not too far off one of the bike trails. Nice peaceful spot in the woods up here.

Lew would have a very easy time retrieving this cache, but with the available items nearby even the diminutive among us should have no trouble grabbing this one. Enjoy the area.

About Whitetail Ridge

Whitetail Ridge has 160 acres of open space (much of it wooded, with a couple of nice prairie areas and some nice hills). Located between the River Falls industrial park and Kilkarney Hills golf club, it offers up some nice hiking trails and off-road cycling trails. Home of the Kinnickinnic Off-Road Cyclists (KROC: see (visit link) this group has done a fantastic job of improving the riding trails for all off-road enthusiasts. Check out their website for trail maps and club information. Thursday evenings are race night during the summer months. Good parking and trailhead near the corner of Whitetail and Prairie Drive. Please take care while walking the trails and enjoy the scenery!
