Geocache Description:


This cache is on the lower part of Whitetail Ridge, not far off one of the trails that weave through the trees. Keep an eye out for a variety of wildlife – always plenty to see. Regular container that blends in with the environment – please rehide well as to conceal from those two-wheeled folks making their way through.

About Whitetail Ridge

Whitetail Ridge has 160 acres of open space (much of it wooded, with a couple of nice prairie areas and some nice hills). Located between the River Falls industrial park and Kilkarney Hills golf club, it offers up some nice hiking trails and off-road cycling trails. Home of the Kinnickinnic Off-Road Cyclists (KROC: see (visit link) this group has done a fantastic job of improving the riding trails for all off-road enthusiasts. Check out their website for trail maps and club information. Thursday evenings are race night during the summer months. Good parking and trailhead near the corner of Whitetail and Prairie Drive. Please take care while walking the trails and enjoy the scenery!
