Located near a hotel for business travelers. Good place for travelers to drop or pick up trackables while in town for business.
The name of the cache is a reference to how a surveyor or highway engineer sees the location of the cache when looking at a map.
Business park has many professional offices, a college, and hotel. Popular place for jogging, dog walking etc. Please only search during daylight hours to avoid the scrutiny of the security guard that patrols during non-business hours.
The walk to the cache is mostly flat but gets steep near the cache. Expect some brush and a few briers, but overall not a hard hike that should take a total of about 15 minutes.
I lowered the terrain rating due to many comments of fellow cachers.
