WHAT: Tri-State Area Meet, Greet and Eat 3
WHEN: Sunday October 25, 2009
TIME: 1-3 p.m.
WHERE: Hy-Vee Food Store Dining Area
400 S. Locust Street, Dubuque, IA
Food is available. Each cacher is responsible for their own meals. You are not required to eat. Please make a "will attend" log so we can get a head count for the restaurant. After attending make sure you log an "attended log" to get credit for this as a find.
Again everyone is welcome to come and visit with other cachers of the area and put some faces to names we see in the logs.
Please bring along your GPSr. This will be a good time to see what equipment others are using, and maybe get some helpful hints on how to make caching easier and more fun.
We are hoping that we can get this going on a monthly or bimonthly basis and have it hosted in area towns nearby so we get a chance to meet, greet and eat at various areas and get a chance to grab some caches also.
There will be a log in table near the entrance to the dining area.
There will also be a Travel Bug Table where TBs can be signed in and out. If you plan on bringing Travel Bugs to move on please log them into the event several days early so I can generate a spreadsheet with all bug names printed on it.
