Cub Scout Pack 134, Cave Creek, AZ - Fall Camp Out Cache
As the den leader for Den 9 Tigers, we assembled a large cache to commemorate our Fall 2009 camp out. The weather was perfect, the food was fantastic, but the fishing stunk.
Hope all Scouts, and Scouts-at-heart, enjoy finding this cache.
You can park at the west end of the lake and take the loop trail around. If you want to enter from the campground, you may need a day pass. Or if you are camping in the campground, walk down to the group area and drop down (north) to the east end of the lake.
Terrain is 1.5 only because of mud and the short climb up the hill. Very easy to get to.
