Geocache Description:

The cache is located near the place where the Lipno monster was observed for the first time (1984). An eyewitness saw that a fisherman was attacked by a large monster similar to the monster of Loch Ness. The only thing that was left of the poor fisherman.was one shoe... Since then, several observations have been reported of the Lipno monster on the north side of the lake, but there are no official reports of other victims. Evidence of the monster of Loch Ness can be found here. The only evidence of the Lipno monster is the second picture, taken in 1992.

When we were hiding the cache, we suddenly heard something behind us. We took our camera, but unfortunately we were just too late. However, we were able to take this picture.

If you find any evidence of the Lipno monster, please add your photo to the gallery.

Warning: do not come too close to the water side at the cache location!
We can not be held responsible for any missing persons or animals.
