Geocache Description:

Its that time of year again!
3rd Annual Geocachers Christmas Potluck Party!

Faith River Church Basement, 2625 Preston Ave S
5:00 to 9:00 pm, Saturday, November 21st, 2009

An evening of festive fun, food and socializing with the coolest people around Geocachers!

All are welcome - oldies, newbies & in between. We know this date is a bit early for Christmas but this seems to be the date that works for the most people.

Being potluck we ask that each family contributes something to eat so we can all share a nice meal together. Something new this year: We thought in the spirit of Christmas it might be nice to collect donations for the Saskatoon Food Bank. We would appreciate it if you'd bring something to contribute to this cause. We have a game or two planned, including the Chinese Gift Exchange game. If you wish to participate in the Chinese Gift Exchange we ask that you bring a small wrapped gift in the $5-10 range, preferably something to do with geocaching, whether its swag or containers or whatever!

We're looking forward to seeing everyone there & spending an evening yakking about our favorite addiction :) As at every event, feel free to bring your trackables to share. We would appreciate it if you log whether you intend to attend or not. Also please spread the word to other cachers who may not check the new cache postings.

We need help with setting up tables beforehand as well as clean up afterward. If you can help please let us know. We appreciate it. Also we are looking for prize donations for the games & a door prize draw. We'd appreciate if anyone has anything they'd care to donate. Thanks :)

**Please note that the Church has an elevator so that the basement is accessible to everyone.**
