Dirty Harry returns in his fourth movie, “Sudden
Impact.” This movie was mainly shot in Santa Cruz. Therefore,
location hunting in San Francisco does not work well for this
cache. In turn, the cache coordinates will be based on counting
something at the Hall of Justice, the posted coordinates, and
possibly conducting a little internet research, unless you already
know the information.
The cache is not located at the posted coordinates, however, the
posted coordinates are your stating point. This location and the
cache are both available 24 hours a day and handicap
accessible.

A - Hall of Justice - The coordinates posted above. In order to
solve for “A,” you will need to walk inside the Hall of
Justice. To solve for “A” walk through the main
entrance of the Hall of Justice. You need not walk through the
metal detectors. As soon as you are through the entrance, turn
around and look up. You should be staring at a large metal art
sculpture entitled “Salute To Liberty.” Next, look
farther to your right, at which you will locate a different
sculpture approximately the same size. In that sculpture are
several large round circles, with pictures inside of them. The
number of round disks is the value for “A.”
For the remaining values, you will need to find Harry
Callahan’s Star Number, and his Call Sign:

Make sure you use EXTREME stealth since this area is highly
populated throughout the day.

I have decided to have a little bit more fun with this series, and
give a little, but neat, prize to the first person who posts
pictures of the found caches on the corresponding cache pages. So,
you need not be the first to find on all of them, but you will need
to be the first to post the pictures for all five caches on their
cache pages.
