You're looking for a small (not quite micro) container that blends in well. No need for any major elevation changes during your search (it's not under the bridge). Possible room for very small tradeables or coins. BYO writing implement. Please carefully replace exactly as you find it.
If you have the time (and if it has re-opened), take the path all the way through ... it takes just a minute or two and is a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown traffic!
