The White Rabbit is one of the first characters to appear in the book "Alices adventures in wonderland" by Lewis Carroll.
As you may know, Lewis Carroll was born in the Warrington area, at the Parsonage in the nearby village of Daresbury, not far away from this cache.
The White Rabbit meets Alice when he come out of his rabbit hole in a bit of a kerfuffle, muttering "Oh dear! Oh dear! I shall be too late!". Alice follows the rabbit, and so begin her adventures.
This cache isnt down a rabbit hole, but it is in a hole in a tree trunk, which looks as though a rabbit could jump out of it!
We placed this cache to celebrate finding out 200th cache, with thanks to our mates in Team RoKeT for getting us into this cool hobby!
Watch out for more Alice themed caches by Team Anjo!
The cache contains lots of goodies, and a little "first to find" badge. The cache is near the canal, so be careful little cachers.
