Geocache Description:

SideTracked Caches are intended to provide quick Cache-and-dashes at Train Stations. This is one of the series of over 500 caches started in the UK and Ireland.

Marcinkonys train station is busy during the mushroom and wild berry seasons. There will typically be crowds of people getting off trains in the morning and the same crowds boarding evening trains. Nice and cosy interior open 7AM to 6PM. The ticket counter is only operating in the summer months, you can purchase your tickets after seated in a train car.

The coords provided are only approximate. As with all my hides I try to do as much sampling as possible, but seldom get a professional precision. Don't expect to find the cache exactly at the numbers your GPSr reads. Other than plainly logging "off coords" please add your version of correct coords, this will make your entry useful both for cache owner and other seekers. Appreciate your cooperation.
