vx_83: [ENG] I still haven't got time to go and check the situation there but since the bridge will get new and fresh outlook then maybe it would be wise to do same with the cache.
Merirahu was the first cahce I (and Elve) hid and it stayed for almost 10 years (including container replacements two times) and was found at least by 377 geocachers.
I wouldn't like to hide new container exactly same way after the bridge will be refreshed but then it wouldn't be the same cache again. So, I decided to make room for new and hopefully better cache(s) and say big thank you for all who searched it and especially for those who posted pictures and bothered to write more than one word in the log.

[EST] Pole siiani saanud mahti olukorda üle vaadata aga kuna sild läbib värskenduskuuri siis ilmselt oleks õige aardega sama teha.
Merirahu oli minu esimene peidetud aare ning püsis omal kohal ligi 10 aastat (kaks konteineri vahetust kaasa arvatud) ja sai leitud vähemalt 377 geopeituri poolt (GC andmetel).
Uue silla puhul ei tahaks enam samamoodi topsi peita aga sel juhul poleks tegemist enam sama aardega. Seega, minu poolt koht vabaks ja tänud kõigile, kes otsimas käisid ning eriti piltide ja pikemate kui ühesõnaliste logide eest.

Geocache Description:

Merirahu (Seapeace) pedestrian bridge in Merirahu housing estate in Rocca al Mare is 35,6 meters long and 3-5,5 m wide. Balcony that is towards the sea makes the bridge construction asymmetric. A lot more thought than usually has been put into picking the materials and deciding the design. Constructive scheme consists of two three-hinged arcs with varying radiuses and they are inclined towards the center axis of the bridge. Path is covered by bitumen emulsion and granite grit stone.

You can't reach the bridge with your car because the way is blocked by a barrier. You can leave your car at: 59° 26' 41,67" 24° 36' 47,75" and from there it is a bit less than 200 meters to the cache.
Changed container in 25.05.2011 and now it contains a pencil.

[EST] Merirahu jalgteesild Merirahu elamurajoonis Rocca al Mare's on pikkusega 35,6 m, laiusega 3 - 5,5 m ja kaarte sildeava 24 m. Silla mere poole jääv rõdu muudab konstruktsiooni ebasümmeetriliseks. Materjalide valikusse ja sõlmede kujundusse on panustatud rohkem, kui tavaliselt. Konstruktiivne skeem koosneb kahest kolme liigendiga muutuva raadiusega kaarest, mis asuvad silla kesktelje poole kaldu. Dekki kandvad risttalad toetuvad kaartele ja osaliselt ripuvad nende küljes. Dekiplaat koosneb tihedalt üksteise vastu ja risttaladele naelutatud puitprussidest. Käigutee katteks on bituumenemulsioon ja graniitkillustik.

Autoga päris sillani ei pääse kuna teel on tõkkepuu. Auto saab jätta koordinaatidele 59° 26' 41,67" 24° 36' 47,75" ning sillani jääb sealt pisut vähem kui 200 m. Kuna 25.05.2011 sai konteiner vahetatud pisut suurema vastu, siis on aardes nüüd ka harilik pliiats.
