This cache is a TB EXCHANGE. Please don't take a TB unless you leave one, so that there are always 3 inside; there is other tradable stuff inside if you don't have any tbs. As with the others around the lake, please use caution getting to it if you travel along the drained reservoir as there are some areas where the mud will suck in your boots 
, but you can get there safely a couple of different ways, including just watching where you walk.
