Lookout for the Mountains Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

twomikes2003: Thanks to everyone for making this so much fun. I have really enjoyed talking with all of the members and non-members and hunting their chases as much as putting out my own. Now comes the time to let it go and move to a place where I can watch and let my back do its thing. I am moving to Florida and am going to let the world go by. I hope you all have enjoyed this activity as much as I have. Good luck to you all and have a great time with the rest of your life.

Geocache Description:

This is my first cache hide, after finding 126 caches I hope I am ready. The coordinates are for the first stop. You are looking for a regular size clear container. Parking is no problem. It will take a little time but it is not that hard. Be accurate and you can do it in a hour or so. There are several trade items in the container. This is a ride and walk cache. Have fun and be nice.

LOOKOUT FOR THE MOUNTAINS There are no mountains only mountain names for the streets. In 1973 Sagewood Estates was born with over 5 miles of roads and 14 cul-de-sac's. With the exception of 5 of these cul-de-sac's all of them intersect with Lookout Dr. which circles the whole subdivision. These roads were refused as being county property for the first seven years by the county road superintendent and were maintained by me and my little bulldozer we called “tumble bug”. After a lawsuit and a lot of arguing the roads were deemed to belong to the county and were finally paved a few years later. After all these years the people came and went and the houses were built and now I think this 523 acre farm made a very nice subdivision and a good place for a multi-cache hide. This may take you a little time but everything you need is here and in this subdivision with the exception of your Gpsr so good luck and here we go. This is a ride and walk multi-cache. You can get all of the information for the last cache from your car. Then you will have a short walk in mowed grass, on a vacant lot, with the owners permission, to get the last cache and sign the log. Now all you have to do is answer a few easy questions.
