***THIS CACHE HAS BEEN MUGGLED A COUPLE OF TIMES SO NOW IT HAS BEEN RE-HIDDEN - HAPPY HUNTING!!***
Don’t panic, this is not the return of Big Brother, this is the Belbroughton Bimble!!
A series of 10 caches hidden along a circular walk of about 3 miles long, incorporating public footpaths and bridleways in the Belbroughton and Drayton area. Caches can be done from 1-10, or 10-1!! Parking is available in the village (but they are pretty hot on where not to park – read the signs!!)
Please note, we suggest appropriate footwear is worn as the Bridleways are used regularly and after rain it’s likely to get quite muddy!!
There are small areas where you will need to cross (fairly quiet) roads but please take usual precautions with geokids.
Parts of this public footpath are along the bottom of people’s gardens – THERE ARE NO CACHES HIDDEN IN THESE AREAS – Please be considerate when walking these paths, and keep to the footpaths at all times.
Between Caches 9 and 10 you could also incorporate "Baz and Tina Love Cache No2" as this is almost en-route!!
Please re-hide as well if not better.
Small clues to help you around the walk…
After (2), do not follow the first footpath behind the sewer works, take the 2nd footpath along side an old wall.
Between (3) and (4) the field is very overgrown during spring/summer with tall plants, however, there is a path through…..honest! (And shorts are not advised!!).
Between (5) and (6) follow the block paving, past the houses on to a farm track (there are the usual footpath markers).
After (9) (or picking up the extra cache) take the footpath to the left hand side of the large tree to pick up number (10)!!
Enjoy!!!
