Geocache Description:

Another cache in my American River Parkway series. Flat and hilly dirt trails approach the cache.

Suggested residential street parking near free river parkway access is listed below. Park and hike a short way to the cache, keeping on dirt trail below the levee. Hilly, then flat. Water is available at the suggested parking spot.

Alternate parking in paved County Park lot, reached through Watt Avenue Parkway access ($5 fee or annual permit). Access is located on La Riviera Drive just east of Watt Avenue. Hike is similar to above, but all flat. Water and rest rooms are available in the park.

The cache holds a log – please sign it, then replace the cache as you found it. Bring a writing implement with you – the cache is too small to hold one. Remember, per Geocaching Rules and Guidelines, you must SIGN THE LOG in the cache container to get credit for finding the geocache. See "Step 4 - The Actual Find", point 2. Not signing the log can result in removal of your online log entry.
