Geocache Description:

In the second half of the XIX century people started to put effort into improving the dairy industry in Estonia. Dairy is one of the most important fields of agriculture today. Milk processing got going in farms where self-made wooden tools were used whereas nowadays powerful and modern industrial engineering is used. As the dairy industry has had very significant value in Estonia there was a need to perpetuate its progress.
In 1976 the Estonian Dairy Museum was founded. At first it was a dairy history division of the Department of Agriculture. The location Imavere was chosen because in 1908 the first Estonian dairy society had been founded there.
On the 14th of July 2001 – exactly 25 years after the museum was founded – the Dairy Museum was finally opened to the public. (source: www.piimandusmuuseum.ee)

Ground zero and also the cache itself are both located near the Dairy Museum. The outdoors exhibition of the museum is open around the clock, visiting information of the inside exhibition can be found on the attached link.

On ground zero you will find two tables (let's call them A and B). They both have header rows and header columns which should not be considered for counting. The cache is placed on coordinates N x” E y”. X and y can be calculated with the help of the tables accordingly:
x = BR12C11 + 10*AR28C8 + 100*BR30C9 + 1000*AR5C8 + 10000*AR12C2 + 100000*AR10C10
y = AR3C1 + 10*BR34C11 + 100*AR20C5 + 1000*BR17C2 + 10000*AR11C5 + 100000*AR33C8
