A combination multi/puzzle cache that will take you along one of the parliamentary triangle's newest additions.
At the start coordinates, find a bust with a plaque. At the bottom of the plaque there are two date ranges:
19AB - 19CD 19EF - 19GH.
You will find the next waypoint at:

E149º 07.(D + G)AF Checksum 40
You must solve the puzzle in the WP listing below with the information at the waypoint to make it to GZ.
Please be careful when removing and replacing the cache as dropping it would not be good. Also be careful of muggles at GZ. Initial swaps donated by Geokid Hugh.
