Welcome to Electronia!

The coordinates listed above are parking for the newly developed Clow-Stevens Park. This is not the location of the cache.

For a class assignment, my oldest son had to create an island civilization. He named it Electronia. The puzzle below is from the written communcation language he designed for Electronia.

Decode the hint if you need a jumpstart on the puzzle, but otherwise enjoy the challenge. The cache container is a large ammo box.
