Fairly easy urban cache near Reading Station requiring some stealth.

Dark forces are hiding this cache so can only be felt - it can't be seen.
You will need to be mostly high up, somewhat low down and definitely center!

There is no need to play in traffic... So, please don't!
Cache is a small lock-n-lock with number of items for swap - there are some clues at the location to look out for.
