The suggested startpoint is the car park in Farkasmály
wine-village
(it's coordinates are: N47°48,303' E19°57,250'). How can you
get
there? With car (from everywhere), with the forest-railway
(train)
'Mátravasút' (from Gyöngyös and Mátrafüred), with your
bicycle
(there is a nice bicycle-road between Gyöngyös and Mátrafüred)
or
just simple on foot.
From Gyöngyös city choose the main road number 24. After
you
leaved the city watch carefully the (traffic) boards:
"FARKASMÁLY"!
About 1 km after you leaved Gyöngyös you should turn to the
right.
Drive still about 200-300 meters on the approach road and you
will
find the car park on the left side.
How can you get to the cache? Go across the small bridge
above
the brook. First turn to the right (you are next to the old
cellars). Go about 100 meters and turn to the left, as the way
is
turning too. Go straight about 250 meters. The grassy road is
uphill lightly all the way. At the end of the grassy road turn
to
the right and then turn to the left. Now you will see shortly
the
former quarry and you can find the cache too (under a big
stone-pile). Search the cache with your GPS! (The coordinates
of
the cache are: N47°48,227' E19°57,541' 268 m.) Make photos

and have a nice time in this beautiful place!
And how can you get to the present wine cellars? From the
startpoint (car park) turn to the left (before the bridge).
Go/drive about 100 meters and follow your way, go/drive
across
another bridge. About 150 meters and you're there. It is a
beautiful valley with big nice trees. You can taste and buy
fine
wines and foods too. The coordinates of the valley of
wine-vaults
are: N47°48,352' E19°57,396'.
