Easy to get to, along a back residential sidewalk.
This may or may not be easy to find and that depends upon you. Since this vault is very small, please bring a pen or pencil.
It is rumored that since June 12, 2013, a creepy sort of guy is sometimes spotted observing the cache hiding spot with binoculars. Don't worry, I know for a fact that he is completely harmless but if you spot him, please indicate in your on-line log so that everybody knows that you have superb observational skills. Also, note that he is not inside any home so no need to peer into any windows to see him.
