This should be a relatively easy cache in a small park along the creek.
This is a decon container hidden in a small neighborhood park at the end of David Avenue in Vestal. The terrain rating is really a 1 (flat grassy area) with the exception of the last six feet or so to the cache.
My mom walks her dog in this neighborhood - if you see a woman during the day with a black lab mix (Abby) - say hello to her! :o)
