Cache Vás privedie do juhozápadnej casti Slovenského raja, do
sedla Kopanec [987m.n.m.]. Horské lúky, ktoré sa
tu pred Vami rozprestierajú patria z hladiska druhového bohatstva
medzi najvzácnejšie bohatstvá národneho parku. Na
kopaneckých lúkach sa vyskytuje takmer 30% z 930
vyšších rastlín zaznamenaných na jeho území. Poctom
74 druhov vyšších rastlín na plochu 1m2 patria tieto
lúky medzi najbohatšie v strednej Európe.
Kopanec Grasslands
is in its south-western part on the Kopanec saddle situated 987m
above sea-level. The mountain grasslands that unfold before you,
belong - from the viepoint of spieces richness - amongst the most
rare ecosystems in national park. About 30% of the 930 species of
higher plants recorded in this territory are found here. A count
made of 74 species of higher plants within 1m2 quadrat make these
grasslands amongs the very richest in Central Europe.
