Located in Riverview Park – you may need to pay admission to enter the park for Clinton’s Riverboat Days celebration during the 4th of July holiday.
I haven’t seen this type of cache in the Clinton area, so I am rating a mid-level difficulty. Time will tell if it needs to be bumped up or not. 
BYOP - and this micro requires the use of an EXTRACTION tool!!
This can be a muggle-rich area at times, so please use stealth as necessary!!
