Kayak The Penstock Traditional Cache

Located at one of Hillsboro's well known landmarks.
This is located near the penstock tower on the west end of Hillsboro. Growing up around here, this was a source of many dares over the years. You used to be able to climb it to the top until they removed the lower ladder. We also walked on top of the pipe all the way to the bottom of Jackman dam at Pierce lake. A few years back, the pipeline burst and flooded the road in lower village, imagine the water! The cache is aptly named for it's container, please replace it where you find it. Contains a log, pencil & a few small trinkets.
