JOE-80 19 stands for Just Off Exit, Route 80, Exit 19.
This is a series that exists around the country. I came across it in upstate NY, along the Northway (I-87 North of Albany). Its designed for the traveler to be able to quickly grab a cache when they otherwise may not be able to.
Located in a parking lot about 1 mile south of I-80.
Please leave the cache "connected" and only unscrew the bottom of the bison tube.
Caution: high muggle activity nearby. Also, muggles line up for a bus very close nearby, but usually only in the early morning hours (commute to NYC).
