Potnikova smreka

Potnik’s Spruce
Above the stream, running between the farmhouse of Potnik and the Saint Cross church in Planica, there is a bridge made of marble plate. In the middle of this plate grows a spruce with a log measuring 240cm in diameter and 35m high. Under the spruce there is a stream, and the spruce roots on the both sides of the srtream and is therefore protected as a dendrological nature monument, which presents an interesting nature particu¬larity with its position and size.
