This cache is close to my home and a good spot for geocoins and travel bugs to visit along their journeys.
Aug 2010..Had to move to new location across the trail because we had lots of rain in the spring and cache site was under water for most of summer. Not what I wanted to do, but I did NOT have a choice. Cache is now easier to find.
This cache takes you on a walk to the end of a trail thru the Saline Wetland area. Hikers and walkers will love this .4 mile walk. GPS will show it only .10 mile from parking, but you'll want to stay on the trail and take the long way around. You might get lucky and see Canadian geese, pheasant and maybe even a deer or two.
The parking area is at N 40-49.356 and W 096-43.690.
This is the first cache I've placed. Hope you have as much fun finding it as I had placing it.
