Rein in Taufers

Das Reintal zweigt bei Sand in Taufers rechts ab und führt Sie direkt nach Rein in Taufers.

Meereshöhe: 1.600 m ü.d.M.

Am Kofelschloss (einer Ruine aus der Romanik) vorbei führt die Straße am Wildbach entlang bis nach Rein in Taufers, am Ende des Tales. Und wenn Sie das Dorf nicht kennen, dann dürften Ihnen doch die drei Reinbachfälle ein Begriff sein, die in wunderschöner Naturkulisse über die Felswände stürzen…

Als eines der höchstgelegenen Orte Südtirols bietet Rein den idealen Ausgangspunkt für Höhentouren in den Naturpark der Rieserfernergruppe. Im Winter hingegen wissen Tourengeher und Eiskletterer das Dorf ganz besonders zu schätzen.


Riva di Tures

If you would like to spend your holidays in the mountains, Riva di Tures is the right place for you.

Altitude: 1,600 metres above sea level

On the right of Campo Tures, there is the Valle di Riva valley. Those travelling further across Valle di Riva, past the ruin of Castle Kofel and along the shores of the river, will finally arrive to the village of Riva di Tures. Here you will also find three stunning waterfalls with huge masses of water cascading down the rocky walls - how beautiful they are…

Riva di Tures is one of South Tyrol’s highest villages and serves as the ideal starting point for high-altitude hikes across the Vedrette di Ries nature park. In winter, the village is the ideal place for ski mountaineering and ice climbing.


Riva di Tures

A Campo Tures la Valle di Riva si dirama verso destra e porta direttamente a Riva di Tures.

Altitudine: 1.600 m s.l.m.

Da Castel Kofel (una rovina dell’epoca romana) parte una strada che conduce lungo il Wildbach (torrente di montagna), fino a Campo Tures ed il fondovalle. Ed anche se non conoscete il paese avrete certamente sentito parlare delle tre cascate di Riva, che si gettano dalla parete rocciosa… una cornice naturale veramente spettacolare!

Riva di Tures si trova ad un’altitudine abbastanza elevata ed è un punto di partenza ideale per gite ed escursioni ad alta quota nel Parco Naturale del Gruppo delle Vedrette di Ries. In inverno il paese è molto apprezzato perché è ricco di vie per l’arrampicata su ghiaccio. Chi ama lo sci d’alpinismo qui trova il paradiso!
