Geocache Description:

Adjacent parking affords easy access. I believe this should be handicap accessible to most and would appreciate any feedback on that based on what others see onsite.

Not too far from this cache once stood a famous brand pizza place and a famous brand taco place. Then the pizza chain was bought out and next thing you know they closed this location, followed not long after by the one near Pembroke Mall. Then the pizza place became for a couple of years a really great Tai food place. Then it closed and then the building was raised. And the famous brand taco place then closed, only to be replaced by a small mom & pop version which ran for a few years before it closed. And the irony of all of this, is that next door is a movie rental place and I have to wonder how much longer they have as so many have gone out of business. So this cache is a bit of nostalgia for those of us who have been around here and have seen many places come, and go. And I guess that happens when you hang around one place long enough - things you cared about and loved often fall victim to neglect, disuse or just don't operate the same.
