This could be a 1-1 but a person would likely have to get out of the wheelchair to retrieve it.
The cool container I originally had here was 'taken' so now it's just an ordinary film-canister-sized container. Just a a quick 'cache and dash' on your way home from shopping and running errands. Just beware of muggles in their cars, walking by, etc. Try to park so as to shield your activities from the people in the nearby stores.
