Geocache Description:

This is a easy drive by cache.
There is enough parking directly next to the cache.
No need to climb over fence.
Please close the cache carefully and place back where found.

Please bring own pen.

No place for swaps.

This cache is at the old Milburn school. It was also called the Milburn ( Waihola Gorge ) school in the days.

Milburn name derived from ‘Millbourne’, property name of Mr BLACK, so named because of stream flowing through farm the water from which drove the wheels of mills at Milton

The school was established in 1863.The memorial gates that was the entrance to the school is just a few meters North of this cache.
