Geocache Description:

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALSEAMAN FOR THE FTF. DON'T SPEND IT ALL IN ONE PLACE:) The cache is located at a lovely rural intersection in the official city of Ottawa. There is even a lonely night light to help in a night raid. The cache is a 1L sized camo taped container.

At the time of cache creation, the temperatures are beginning to fall. This is the 4th cache in Duffy’s temperature series. It is also Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada, and I am very thankful for geocaching and the fun side challenges contained within. This cache and picture is in honor of the 89 caches in 8 hours by Duff and Proman. I have been caching for just over a year now and it’s been a blast! I created this simple series in honour of the Cacher who gets cache in all the temperature extremes of the mighty Ottawa Valley. The 7 caches in the series can of course be found anytime. However, should you be the first to find each cache in the series in its labelled temperature, than you can expect a coffee and a bagel from Duffy73 at the usual spot. The original contents included an FTF Prize consisting of a Tim’s Card loaded with enough for a Large Dub Dub and a couple timbits, a cache coin, Homer Simpson, Coupon, Front End Loader and lots of pens. The cache also contains the usual Manifesto, logbook and pencil as well. Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Caching!
