The location is available 24 hours a day. The cache location may give your GPS problems but you should be close.
There is no need to dig to find the cache. Be courteous with the landscaping. To sign the log, you do not need to move/remove the cache container. Please place cache EXACTLY as you found it. If approached or questioned by a working muggle, explain why you are there in your best geocaching form and advise them the cache was approved by Chief Graham. The coordinates were averaged over 100 times but structure may throw you off.
