This Cache is within the Hilton Conservation Area.
Though it is on the Bruce Trail, Park hours and entrance fees will likely apply.
For years the Family, even before the little C’s came into the picture,
used to frequent this area year round.
Hilton Falls is a 645 hectare park established in 1971 on the
Niagara Escarpment in Milton. Some interesting facts:
- Regional Environmentally Sensitive Area
- Provincial Area of Natural and Scientific Interest
- Dam and reservoir built for flood control and stream flow regulation
- Large forest complex with rich habitats for diverse range of plants and animals
- World Biosphere Reserve as part of Niagara Escarpment
To complete this mystery Cache you will have had to complete both:
GC1ZRGW - to obtain the North Coordinate
and
GC1ZW19 - to obtain the West Coordinate.
The final is within a very level and family friendly 200 metre walk.
