Geocache Description:

Shakespeare Regional Park is located on the scenic Whangaparaoa Peninsula, 40 minutes from Auckland City. There are numerous walks and magnificent panoramic views. The inner Hauraki Gulf can be admired in all its glory and Auckland City can be seen on the horizon. The hills are mainly grassy farmland, though volunteers are working with the ARC to replant some valley areas in native bush.

The cache is a small round sistema container and when placed contained small trade items, and a log. The cache is best accessed via one of the numerous access gates. The park gates are closed each night - summer closing time is 9pm.
