Quick cache from a parking lot; Can drive very close to the cache. It is a few feet from the pavement but should be accessible to almost everyone.
I have spent a lot of time in one of the businesses here and you may be able to guess which one from the name of the cache.
Small cache with a log, a few items, and a FTF reward (or another trade item if the FTF doesn't want it).
Bring your own pen; the log is on waterproof paper so you may want a good pen to write on it.
