Nice quiet wooded area. An easy short walk.
Bring a picnic as its a lovely quiet spot.
Near to end of miniture railway so you can use that to get to site also.
Traffic at either end can be problematic so be careful!
Tupperware box containing some small Gizzets, log book and some christmas cracker jokes. Please take a bad joke and drop it in your next cache!
Path to cache straight across field opposite miniture railway gates.
Path marker clear but may get muddy in winter and would be tough pushing for buggies if if they are not the "off road versions"
WALK QUIETLY LIKE A GEO NINJA. A RARELY USED PATH!! IF YOU ARE SILENT AND KEEP AN EYE OUT YOU MAY GET REALLY CLOSE TO DEER.
Parking off road at either end of path but can be busy so take care crossing.There is a grass verge on same side as the station that I parked on.
Minature railway from Pages park in Leighton Buzzard ends nearby and there is a tea room open sundays and at other times during holidays etc. Check their website for details
Note: Maintenance visit 9/8/23. Box cleaned and extra bags put in and around box. Please reseal the bags etc as it can get a bit damp.
