Should be an easy find. This is my first one like this although these cache hiding places are quite common. Might be wheelchair accessible but probably not.
This is a great one for the kids. I think kids both young and old will get a kick out of it or at least I hope so. Please replace the cache back as found so others can enjoy. There is a small vial inside cache that contains the log. Please don't lose it in your excitement of getting this smiley.
