Located along the nature trail on the south side of Historic Cold Spring Village in Lower Twp., Cape May County.
This is a two-stage multicache. Stage 1 is a camouflaged 35mm film cannister that has the coordinates to Stage 2, a .30 cal. ammo can. Both stages are located off of the nature trail on the south side of the Historic Cold Spring Village living history museum. Coordinates were obtained by letting the GPSr average for 10 minutes at both locations. There is heavy tree cover at both stages, so your numbers may vary somewhat. There is no need to purchase admission to the Village to look for this cache or to enter the Village's historic area. The nature trail is free of charge and useable by anyone all year long. This cache was placed with the permission of Historic Cold Spring Village and with the help of an experienced geocacher.
