On Swampy Pond Traditional Cache

Another cache hidden near the Union City Reservoir. Medium sized Rubbermaid container. Be careful of the fence that's on the ground along the tree line at the top of the hill.
I found this area while out exploring. Parking is available across from the big cement thing along the road to the Reservoir. From there it's a nice .2 mile walk along a mowed path until you need to go down over the hill into the woods.
The posted hours for the gate being open are daily from dawn or 7:00am until dusk or 9:00pm, May 1 - September 30. If it's open any other time, enter at your own risk.
If the gate is closed, you can still enter during the posted hours by parking along side the gate and walking in. Take the road/path across from the cement tank. Do not block the gate.
Please enter only from the road to the Reservoir. Do not use the PA Fish and Boat Commision or Union City Municipal Authority's parking lots.
Wearing orange during hunting season is strongly suggested.
