Geocache Description:

This cache is at the edge of a public footpath starting in the village of Broughton Hackett. There is some on road parking in the village, close to the footpath but please be careful not to cause an obstruction. Alternatively, there is excellent parking in the lay-by on the A422 in Broughton Hackett. From here it is only a couple of hundred metres to the start of the footpath which is signposted to Crowle. There is a small bridge to cross with a low stile at either end before entering "Tanglewood". It's real name is Hoo Orchard but you will immediately see why we renamed it. This is probably the most overgrown orchard I have ever seen! It is teeming with birds and almost certainly animals too. My children firmly believe that Sleeping Beauty's castle is hidden in there somewhere. The path itself though, is remarkably clear and grassy but after much rain can get quite boggy. Having found the cache, continue up the hill and out into the open for some nice views. If you turn right at the road, it will lead you back to Broughton Hackett, passing very close to my first cache - "Orchard View". The path and cache are very child friendly but please be careful if you choose to return along the lane as there are no footpaths.

The cache is a 1 litre Lock n Lock box.

Please ensure the cache is well hidden from the front and trade up or equal - thanks. Enjoy the footpaths - these are favourites of ours. Good Luck and happy caching.

Congratulations to "cakemaker" and daughter on first to find. Those horses love company!

2nd 2 find - "Ta11one". Congrats and Happy Birthday!
