Located in Lotus Flower Park in the city of Chungju.
The park is located next to the Chungbuk Agricultural High School and is within walking distance from both the train and bus station. It appears to be a new park with possibly some further development underway.
There is a series of ponds with lotus flowers, connected by walking paths and bridges, with benches and rest areas. I think that in the spring this area will be very beautiful.
The walkways provide many good hiding spots, so depend upon the coordinates and your geocaching instincts. As always, be careful of muggles.
Chungju is most famous for Chungju Dam, the starting point for Chungju Lake, the largest lake in Korea. The boat trip along the lake to the resort of Danyang is spectacular.
As far as I can tell, this is the first cache to be placed in the city of Chungju! There are several in Danyang, so this is a great trip.
The cache is a clear, small Lock-and-Lock container with small trade items and a new Travel Bug.
