In Fairview Cemetery at Mercersburg, there are buried three Confederate soldiers. Stage 1 of this cache will take you to a plaque which will explain how they came to die in this town. Stage 2 will take you to their grave site. Stage 3 is a final physical container.
The given coordinates will take you to stage 1. While there, read the plaque and solve a little puzzle to get the coordinates for stage 2.
